Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 (x86 and x64):

Driver files are in ZIP compressed format.

Download to any temporary location, then expand ZIP file to a blank, formatted floppy disk; you may also create a folder on a hard drive for these files, such as C:\PRXDRIVERS.
Note that for Windows 2000, you will need third-party software (WinZip, PKZip, Gzip, for example) to expand the zip file.
Then, use the Add Printers Wizard in the Printers folder to install.

*** UPDATED 1 May 2008 ***

Note: For Windows 2000:
We suggest installing Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 prior to installation of the 420 or 422 drivers.
An error in Windows 2000 system components predating SP3 may cause the installation Test Page to fail, or the initial opening of the 'Properties' dialog to fail.
This condition is permanently cleared by accessing the 'Printing Preferences' dialog and selecting any new page size. Further Test Page and Properties operation is then normal.
We are committed to making installation and use by our customers as trouble-free as possible. While this issue does not affect normal usage, we find it important to present a solution.
This issue is prevented by installing SP3 or SP4, and is not present in Windows XP: Service Pack 3 brings the printing subsystem up to the XP level.
Read more about this here.

Note on using USB-to-Parallel converters with Windows 2003:
When a converter cable is first plugged in, you may see the "Found New Hardware"
wizard. Cancel this dialog, and ignore the tray notification regarding an error. Windows will have successfully installed the USB00x port, but it won't have installed a driver for the printer.
Now, go to the Printers folder and run the Add Printer wizard as usual, making sure to UNcheck the box for Automatically Detecting the printer. Select the new USB00x port from the list on the following page, and continue with the installation. When the Manufacturer/Models page is shown, select Have Disk and browse to the folder containing the driver files. Complete the wizard, and print a test page. Done!
