EXCITING NEW PRODUCTS WITH USB AND ETHERNET INTERFACES AND 300 DPI PRINT DENSITY

The well known 820 DL/G and 840 DL/G product family have received an upgrade to provide both USB & Ethernet interfaces and 300 dpi printing density. The new 823 DL/G and 843 DL/G are now (April 2008) being shipped in small quantities with full production availability in mid-May.
- The 822 DL/G and 842 DL/G are also being added to the product lineup with availability in May. They also have USB and Ethernet interfaces but use 200 dpi printing density so they can fit right into 820/840 applications with a minimun of effort.

The 820 and 840 family with the familiar parallel interface will continue to be available.

PRINTREX ACQUIRES THE ATLANTEK FAMILY OF PRINTERS/PLOTTERS FROM ZEBRA TECHNOLIGIES

In 2006, Printrex acquired the Atlantek family of printers/plotters from Zebra technologies. These include the well known ST261 and ST262 Welloggers, the Models 1200, 2400, and 3600 wide bed plotters and the family of paper testers widely used by paper mills and paper converters to test thermal coatings. The Model 200 is generally used for product development while the Models 300 and Model 400 are typically used for quality control in production environments.
All of these products remain in production and Printrex is supporting the warranties for products sold earlier by Atlantek/Zebra. Product support is being maintained to support our OEM customers.
